Hawthorn Psychology was founded in 2022 by Dr Diarmaid Ó Lonargáin, Chartered Senior Clinical Psychologist, as a private psychology service in the North Kildare area. This service facilitates multidisciplinary autism assessments for children in addition to psychological intervention/therapy for autistic adolescents. Diarmaid is a Chartered Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and is responsible for maintaining a high quality of client assessment and intervention.
Please note that all of our reports are in line with best practice international guidelines and meet criteria required by the HSE and the Department of Education.
Our practice is based in Celbridge, Co. Kildare. Please note that we see clients by appointment only.

We are based on the main street in Celbridge village to the direct right of Delhi Darbar restaurant.
Access our office via the white door and we are upstairs to the right in Room 4. We share our building space with The Listening Community.
